| A | Students should have their IB tests scores sent directly to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Recruitment at: Admissions and Recruitment Morgan State University 1700 East Cold Spring Lane Baltimore , MD 21251 It may be helpful for you to bring a copy of your IB test scores to ACCESS Orientation.
