Q
How do the ACCESS Orientation Program, the PACE Program
and the PreCollege Program differ?
A
The PreCollege program is a six week summer bridge
program for first time freshman who do not meet the
University’s minimum admission requirements. PreCollege
students are required to attend the six week program as a
condition of their admission to the University. The
PreFreshman Accelerated Curriculum in Engineering (PACE) is
a six week intense program designed for engineering majors
only. PACE is a highly competitive program and a very limited
number of students are accepted. Students applying to PACE
should also register for one of the ACCESS Orientation
Programs in case they are not accepted in the PACE Program.
The ACCESS Orientation Program is a mandatory oneweek
program for students who have been accepted to Morgan.
Each of these programs is designed for different freshmen
opulations; however, they are all for the benefit of student
enhancement and enrichment.
